FUES is an in-tie measuring system which monitors the temperature of trains’ bearings and wheels in order to detect early indication of trains’ failures. In case of
danger the system will transmit either onboard train or to the signaling system an alarm in order to safely slow down/stop the train before derailment.
FUES is currently installed along all main European HSL to assure safe train operations and a continuous monitoring of axles/wheels conditions.
